We have decided to amend our current GoFundMe campaign to raise additional legal fees in our efforts to expand our common claims against certain parties, both management, Board of Directors, certain professionals and certain funders to include claims consistent with certain federal laws.

Shad Vick has already hired The Basile Law Firm P.C., a Securities and RICO civil litigation firm to initiate an investigation into potential claims to determine whether certain individual broke certain federal laws.

The purpose of this amended GoFundMe campaign is to raise funds to pursue potential claims against parties that used VINCO (BBIG) for self enrichment to the detriment of retail shareholders and to seek monetary damages consistent with our prospective claims under various federal and state law. We expect this case to be a multi-party, complex federal lawsuit.

Our goal is to raise an additional $350,000 to cover legal fees and expenses of multi-party federal court litigation. Those that have already donated shall be included in any reimbursement for their previous and initial donations under our current plan.
