In today's 8k, Lisa King, Brian Hart and Richard Levychin all resigned.
I don't think anyone saw this coming. We don't know the reasons - but we can speculate that for 3 board members to all leave at the same time, and 2 to stay on, there is definitely some falling out. I believe pressure from all the lawsuits including ours could be directly or indirectly related. I won't speculate anymore. I have other theories - but suffice it to say - this is progress for shareholders

On June 27, 2023, Richard Levychin resigned as a Board member effective immediately.
On June 27, 2023, Lisa King resigned as a Board member effective on June 28, 2023.
On June 29, 2023, Brian Hart resigned as a Board member effective immediately.
None of the resignations were as the result of any disagreement with the Registrant, its management, the Board or any committee of the Board, or with respect to any matter relating to the Registrant’s operations, policies or practices.
